“The team of Westerly Enterprises, LLC delivered a high quality roof replacement in support of the General Services Administration’s facility upgrade for the Broadwater Federal Building and Courthouse. […] The building envelope is now secured with a high integrity system that effectively separates conditioned work space and building assets from the elements. Westerly is a team of problem solvers. […] A key quality element Westerly displayed was patience and concern for building tenants. This repair occurred while the court house maintained active operation. The Westerly team displayed the utmost respect to the dignity of proceedings of the US Federal Court System. This patience and customer first attitude engendered positive relations with the building tenants and contributed to the success of the project. Management from the company president down to the project manager was involved and responsive. The team promptly handled emergent issues involving the activities of their subcontractors. The project manager routinely reached out and coordinated activities with the GSA building manager thus ensuring tenant activities were not disrupted. Westerly showed appropriate seriousness and professionalism during this roof replacement for a very demanding customer. This assessor has no reservations recommending them for tasks of similar difficulty in the future.”

“The spring and winter annuals are of an exceptional quality and it shows through-out the Memorial Grounds. [Westerly Enterprises] continues to do a very good job in the scheduling of all the PWS Tasks, while being mindful of all services, and dignitary visits. They understand the need to plan ahead to successfully carry out each PWS Task. They have never faltered in delivering annuals and planting them in the spring prior to Memorial Day. The same is true for the winter annuals leading up to Veterans Day. Management, along with Scheduling are the two biggest components to successfully carrying out this contract. This contractor continues to show their management expertise when it comes to swiftly notifying staff of upcoming events, critical changes, etc. The Program Manager does that. She manages all the manpower, equipment, scheduling, plant orders and deliveries. All carried out under the pressure of the Memorial & Veterans Day Events.”
