As a proven general contractor, Westerly Enterprises serves as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors. We oversee projects through implementation, effective project management and contract management. Westerly plans and oversees progress and milestones, prevents and resolves field problems, and ensures compliance with authorities and regulations. Our teams provide exceptional product delivery. Westerly Enterprises has performed over 10 years of projects for the federal government delivering construction and landscaping services including Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management, Interior and Exterior Renovations, Remodeling, Laboratories, Historic Preservation, HVAC, Electrical, and Civil Construction services. Westerly also performs Grounds Maintenance services, including Landscaping, Hardscapes, Paving, Cemetery Maintenance, and Snow Removal.

Timothy Harris

Managing Partner & Owner

Tim Harris is Managing Partner and Owner of Westerly Enterprises, LLC. Mr. Harris is an energetic business owner who establishes relationships and matches customer requirements with service offerings.

Tim is accountable for the coordination and management of multiple projects directed towards strategic business and organizational objectives. He establishes rapport and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels and external organizations. In addition, he aligns program scope with strategic business objectives and recommends program modifications to enhance effectiveness. Tim presents dashboard reports on the current programs, client issues, and future opportunities.

Mr. Harris focuses on design-build, construction, hardscape, and landscaping services that coaches, mentors, and leads cross-functional personnel to operate within a cohesive team environment.

Tim focuses on building valuable relationships. Mr. Harris specializes in Contract Administration, Stakeholder Management, Scope Management, Expense Control, Risk Management, Resource Management, Program-Project Management, and Relationship Building.

Mr. Harris’ early career was in the US Air Force from 1988-1994.
